Belmont-Carlton Neighborhood Association

Charlottesville, Virginia

The Belmont-Carlton Neighborhood Association (BCNA) was established in 1980 and continues today for the distinct purpose of connecting neighbors with each other and advocating for needs of the community.  The BCNA is here to listen to your concerns and answer questions as we can or connect you with the people that can answer your questions.

We believe that we are stronger as a community that is connected with each other and helping one another. We welcome all residents to join us! You can attend any meeting and join the BCNA by bringing cash, check or completing an online payment. Subscribe to receive our emails with meeting reminders and neighborhood events, resources, and more.

The Belmont-Carlton neighborhood is located in the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, between 6th Street SE, Moore's Creek, and the CSX (former C&O) railroad in the southeast corner of Charlottesville.  It includes Avon Street, Monticello Avenue, Monticello Road, Carlton Avenue and Road, Rives Street, and Nassau Street to name just a few.
